A field study was conducted at the research farm of Entomology section, College of Agriculture, Nagpur to evaluate the efficacy and economics of biorational insecticides against okra shoot and fruit borer Earias vittella during Kharif 2024. Among these treatments, T8-Chlorantranilipole 18.5% SC @ 0.3 ml/lit was found to be the most effective in significantly reducing percent shoot and fruit infestation. The evaluation of incremental cost-benefit ratios (ICBR) among the treatments demonstrated that T1-Trichogramma chilonis @ 100000/ha recorded the highest ICBR of 1:19.19 indicating its superior economic efficiency and viability compared to other treatments.
