Abstract:

An experiment was conducted at Department of Vegetable Science, Dr. PDKV, Akola during Summer season 2019-20 on cv. PDKV Rutuja. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design (RBD) which included 13 treatments viz. T1-SAA-25 ppm, T2-SAA 50 ppm, T3-SAA 75 ppm, T4-NAA 50 ppm, T5-NAA 100 ppm, T6-NAA 150 ppm, T7-GA3 25 ppm, T8-GA3 50 ppm, T9-GA3 75 ppm, T10-CCC 100 ppm, T11-CCC 150 ppm, T12-CCC 200 ppm and T13-control and replicated thrice. Maximum plant height, number of branches at 60 and 90 DAS, number of green pods per cluster, number of green pods per plant, average weight of green pod, number of seed per pod, green pod yield per plant, green pod yield per plot (11.20 kg) and green pod yield per hectare (132 q) were significantly increased by treatment of GA3 50 ppm. While minimum days required to 1st and 50% flowering (44.0) and (51.0) respectively were observed in NAA 50 ppm. From the above study it can conclude that treatment T8 (GA3 50 ppm) was superior compare to other.
