Experiment was conducted at Regional Cotton Research Station, Navsari Agriculture University, Bharuch during 2019-20 to 2021-22. Experiment comprised of 13 treatments in Bt cotton under rainfed condition with 4 replication. All treatments were applied 30 days after cessation of rain. Biochemical parameters were analyzed 7 days after treatment application. Yield and yield attributes were recorded at harvest. Relative water content and chlorophyll stability index were found significantly higher in T4 treatment (87.18% and 96.10 except T1) while specific leaf weight was higher in T11 treatment. Proline content was found highest in T6 followed by T3. Plant height, No. of sympodia were significantly differed among treatments. No. of boll per plant was significantly highest in T11 and T13 treatments while boll weight was higher in T3 treatment followed by T4 and T13. Seed cotton yield was found higher in T4 treatments.
