Sclerotium rolfsii (Sacc.) is a polyphagous pathogen, in light of its mycelial compatibility carried out using 25 highly pathogenic isolates in all attainable combinations, leading to 325 combinations, highest incompatibility was shown by TMSR4 with 18 isolates next to them PPSR3 and PPSR4 showed incompatibility with 17 isolates. The SBSR4, SBSR6, PPSR1, CLSR2 and CLSR3 showed incompatibility with 16 isolates. The CPSR11, GTSR6, GTSR9, SBSR7, TMSR2 and TMSR6 were shown incompatibility with 15 isolates. CPSR9, GTSR2, GTSR7, SBSR2, TMSR7 and TMSR1 were shown to be incompatible with 14 and 12 isolates respectively. PPSR2 and CLSR4 both were showed incompatibility with 11 isolates. The CPSR3 and CPSR7 showed the least incompatibility with 9 and 8 isolates.
