Abstract:

An experiment the impact of foliar spraying and drenching nano-DAP and nano urea on the morpho-physiological parameters and survival rate of the karonda grafts was conducted at the College of Horticulture, Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India. The experiment was established in a Randomized Block Design with two replications and fifteen treatments to evaluate different doses of nano DAP and nano urea.Treatments applied as a foliar spray and drenching with nano-DAP and nano urea at various rates showed the best results in nano urea drenching at 2000 ppm (T15) at survival rate (100%), graft height (52.31 cm), girth of graft (8.20 mm), number of leaves (46.00), leaf area (280.84 cm2), and T14 (drenching of nano-DAP at 2000 ppm) had shown best performance in fresh and dry weight of root (25.91 g and 8.50 g). The highest survival and morpho-physiological parameters of Karonda grafts cv. Konkan bold were obtained by drenching nano urea at a concentration of 2000 ppm among all the nano-DAP and nano urea treatments.
