Socio-economic outline of the farm women in the Gonda districts of Uttar Pradesh

Abstract:
The study was conducted to determine the socio-economic profile of the farm women of Gonda district of U.P. in respect of vegetable production and resource use potential. The alive typical standard refers to access to all those necessities, opportunities and resources which makes easy to life. Therefore is completed that the study leads to the thoughtful that the phenomena with regards to the use of Knowledge about eco-friendly management practices user farm women on farms would be related more to the middle aged group which is followed by old and young age group and an education is more to the “primary and middle education” group which is followed by illiterate and formal education” group. Size of family related more to the large size of family group which is followed by medium and small size of family categories. Size of land holding, small land holding categories fallowed by medium categories and large categories and low annual income categories fallowed by medium categories and high categories. With regards to social status medium categories Socio economic status fallowed by the lower categories and upper categories. The use of irrigation facility the tubewel categories Irrigation availability fallowed by the cannel categories and more to the medium categories source of information fallowed by low categories. Farm women on farms would be related more to the human categories Farm power and their equipment fallowed by mechanical categories and economic categories fallowed by social categories of Innovativeness.
