The present investigation was conducted in Kharif 2022 at Shaheed Gundadhoor College of Agriculture and Research Station, Jagdalpur, Bastar, Chhattisgarh under which the efficacy of six different fungicides viz. Azoxystrobin 23% SC, Chlorothalonil 75% WP, Propiconazole 25% EC, Hexaconazole 5% SC, Tebuconazole 25.9% EC and Tebuconazole 50% + Trifloxystrobin 25% WG at different concentrations (500, 1000 and 1500 ppm) against banded leaf and sheath blight of little millet causing Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn was evaluated by using poison food technique under in vitro condition. The results showed that all the tested fungicides reduced the mycelium growth, in which Propiconazole 25% EC showed the best efficacy among other six fungicides by inhibiting 100% mycelial growth in all concentration, followed by Hexaconazole 5% SC (97.16%) and Tebuconazole 25.9% EC (93.08%) whereas Chlorothalonil 75% WP was found to be the least effective among all fungicides.
