A field experiment was conducted during the kharif season of 2024 at the Crop Research Farm, Department of Agronomy to evaluate the effect of Zinc Sulphate and Humic Acid foliar spray on the growth, yield, and economics of sesame. The results revealed that the application of 20 Kg/ha Zinc Sulphate along with 0.3 ml/l Humic Acid foliar spray at 25 and 40 DAS (Treatment 6) significantly enhanced the growth and yield parameters. Maximum gross return (INR 197067.00/ha), net return (INR 144567.00/ha), and B:C ratio (2.75) were also recorded in Treatment 6, making it the most profitable treatment. Thus, the application of 20 Kg/ha Zinc Sulphate with 0.3 ml/l Humic Acid foliar spray at 25 and 40 DAS proved to be the best combination for achieving higher yield and economic returns in sesame cultivation.
