Field experiments were conducted at the student instructional farm during 2021-22 and 2022-23 at C. S. A. U. A. & T., Kanpur, on lentil (Lentil KLS 9-3). The soil was sandy loam textured. Fifteen treatments with three replications were applied using a randomized block design analysed Quality parameter of lentil seed i.e. protein content (%), protein yield (Kg ha-1), methionine (g/16 gN), lysine (g/16 gN), tryptophan (g/16 gN). The pooled results showed T14 (RDF + ZnSO4 + FeSO4 (0.5%) foliar spray at pre-flowering and pod formation stages, with Rhizobium) had highest values of: protein content i.e 25.28 %, protein yield i.e 450.20 Kg ha-1, methionine i.e 0.70 g/16 gN, lysine i.e 6.47 g/16 gN, Tryptophan i.e 0.76 g/16 gN of the seed.
