Abstract:

The bakery industry, encompassing a wide array of products such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and biscuits, has shown remarkable growth in recent years. This paper reviews the business status of bakery products, highlighting recent trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts. A thorough literature review is conducted, followed by a comparative analysis of traditional and modern bakery products. The aim of this paper is to provide insights into how the bakery industry has evolved and how consumer preferences have influenced business strategies.
